OUR SERVICES
Skilled Nursing
They are licensed nurses that check temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, blood sugar level and general body assessment to detect instability of the client’s medical status. They perform certain medical procedures within their scope of practice. They also provide health education to the client’s illness.
Physical Therapy
They provide rehabilitation treatment to restore maximum level of physical capabilities such as exercises to strengthen muscles to assist and educate clients to walk better, prevent falls, use durable medical equipment, and assistive devices properly, and use treatments to manage pain. They also provide home safety and caregiver education.
Occupational Therapy
They prescribe activities designed to improve physical and psychological functioning and instructs the patient and his/her in the use of adaptive equipment.
Speech Therapy
They provide treatment for the management of communication disorders and instruction for the client and/or family regarding methods of speech language improvement.
Medical Social Services
They assess the client’s emotional and mental state, make recommendation, assists in the processing of form through Medicare or other insurances, assists in securing Meals-On-Wheels or transportation, assess the caregiver’s continued ability to provide care, assists in finding help in the home (i.e. establishing eligibility for homemaker chore service, Medi-Cal & SSI, Senior Citizen Tax Benefit, etc.)
Home Health Aide
They provide assistance in bathing, personal care, and light housekeeping.
Registered Dietitian
They assist clients and their caregivers in understanding, accepting, and following special diets as prescribed by his/her physician.
